AKSafeFood app for iPhone and iPad

Foodies on the move can get instant access to thousands of restaurant and food facility inspection reports (within Alaska, but outside of the Anchorage area) with the AKSafeFood Mobile App. View official inspection results from the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation/Food Safety & Sanitation Program.

With the AKSafeFood app easily installed on your mobile device, you can:
- Search by restaurant, business name, city and/or zip statewide (outside the Municipality of Anchorage)
- See any violations from each establishment’s last inspection, including violation explanations and comments
- Access a full inspection report for any restaurant/food establishment statewide (outside of the Municipality of Anchorage) that has been inspected since August 2017.

The mobile app links directly to the program’s new inspection database, so inspections conducted before July 2017 are not available. If reports aren’t available for the place you are interested in yet, please note that new inspection reports and GPS locations are being added every day.
